Free Exchange on your 1st order if the sizing isn't right!
Just notify us in 30 days of delivery and make sure the products are in new condition, original packaging, tags attached and free of dog hair. 

Metals & Jewelry 
30 day exchange for size, cannot be exchanged if inner protective wrap is removed, make sure of the sizing before removing the film!

Harness/Leash/Collar/Poop Bag
30 day exchange for size, must be in brand new condition with original packaging, tags and free of dog hair.

Beds
30 Day exchange for size, cannot be exchanged if inner vacuum seal is removed, make sure that the size is right before removing inner protective vacuum seal.
