At PekoPets, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent shipping experience. Please review our policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. The final cost is based on your order value and destination country and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Step 1: Processing & Production Time

This is the time we need to prepare, pack, or custom-make your order before it's handed over to our shipping partners.

  • For In-Stock Items:
    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • For Custom & Personalized Items:
    • Standard Production: These items require 2-3 business days to be produced according to your specifications.
    • Peak Season Notice: During holidays and our busy season (November - January), production may take 10-15 business days due to high demand. Please plan your purchase accordingly.

Step 2: Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Please Note: These are estimated times based on our operational data. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, customs processing, and other external factors beyond our control.

Calculating Your Total Delivery Time

To estimate when you will receive your order, please add our processing time to the shipping time:

Total Delivery Time = (Processing/Production Time) + (Shipping Time)

  • How to Track Your Order
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package here:
    PekoPets.com/apps/order-tracking (Note: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.)
  • Our Shipping Partners
    We partner with leading global carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including USPS, Australia Post, DHL, Canada Post, and Royal Mail.

Important Information

  • Changing Your Shipping Address
    You may request an address change only BEFORE your order has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately.
