I purchased this to dilute liquid fertilizer. Simple assembly (just inserting the front and back joint parts with screws) was required, but it wasn't particularly difficult to start using it. I tested it with an empty bottle. The dial for the dilution rate was a bit stiff, but it clicked firmly into place with memory, and the amount of water entering the bottle changed according to the dial position, so I think it's practical. The watering pattern was a bit too gentle in some areas, but I was able to switch it properly, so I'm satisfied with this purchase.
