Shipping Details

PekoPets is not responsible if incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We will not process any refunds in such cases.
PekoPets is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change/cancel an order, please email support@pekopets.com within 1 hour and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.
Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.
Taxes & Duties
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. If a package is refused, the customer will be refunded (less shipping) after it has been successfully delivered back to our warehouse.

×We hope you and your pup love what you've ordered! If they don’t fit perfectly, don’t worry - we've made the return process super easy!
First, please make sure your return items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Apparel: New condition with tags intact and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor and dog hair
Chains and Cuban Link Leash: All of our chains are wrapped in a protective layer to prevent scratches. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns
Walk: New condition and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor dog hair
Beds: All of our memory foam beds are compressed and wrapped in a sanitary protective packaging. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns
Then follow the information below to exchange or return your item(s).
Exchanges
- Email support@pekopets.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
- All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
- Exchange is free on your 1st order*! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
- For additional exchanges you will need to return your item(s) at your own cost
- Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item
*free exchnage only applies to apparel and walk items (same style different size). Excludes jewelry and cuban link products.
Returns
- Email support@pekopets.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
- You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
- All return items must be in new condition otherwise a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.
- Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit
Seasonal Return Policy: Refund Deadlines
Halloween hoodies can be returned for a refund up until October 28th. Christmas pajamas are refundable until December 20th. After these dates, we only accept size exchanges.
Final Sale items
Items on "Final Sale" are offered at greatly reduced prices so you can enjoy substantial savings. These items are in turn non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Before buying a "Final Sale" item, please double-check sizing.
Defective or Wrong Product
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team support@pekopets.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order and we will resolve the issue for you.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team support@pekopets.com as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

How do I choose the right size for my dog?
The most important measurement is your dog's chest girth (measure the widest part, right behind the front legs). The second is the back length. What if my dog is between two sizes?
When in doubt, we always recommend sizing up! A slightly looser fit is much more comfortable for your pup than a fit that is too snug.
Is the hood functional? Will it bother my dog?
The hood is a classic stylistic feature that completes the hoodie look! It's designed to be lightweight and rest comfortably on the neck without getting in the way. While most dogs won't keep a hood on for extended periods, it's perfectly sized to be put up for a cute photo and is designed not to obstruct their vision.
Is there an opening for a leash to attach to a harness?
Yes! We know convenience is key for walk time. All of our hoodies feature a discreet, reinforced leash hole on the back, perfectly placed for easy harness attachment.
How do I wash the hoodie?
To keep the hoodie soft and vibrant, machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend laying it flat to dry or tumbling dry on the lowest heat setting. Please avoid using bleach.

What if I order the wrong size? Can I make an exchange?
Finding the right size for your dog can be tricky and thats why we offer free exchange on your 1st purchase for all dog apparel items!
We will gladly help you exchange our products within 30 days of receiving the items as long as the items are in brand new condition, in original tags and packaging, and free of odor and dog hair.
To initiate a return, just shoot us an email support@pekopets.com with your order # and our customer service team will help you out. We will respond to your request within 24 hours Mon-Fri.
