PekoPets is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change/cancel an order, please email support@pekopets.com within 1 hour and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. If a package is refused, the customer will be refunded (less shipping) after it has been successfully delivered back to our warehouse.

We hope you and your pup love what you've ordered! If they don’t fit perfectly, don’t worry - we've made the return process super easy!

First, please make sure your return items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Apparel: New condition with tags intact and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor and dog hair

Chains and Cuban Link Leash: All of our chains are wrapped in a protective layer to prevent scratches. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns

Walk: New condition and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor dog hair

Beds: All of our memory foam beds are compressed and wrapped in a sanitary protective packaging. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns

Then follow the information below to exchange or return your item(s).

Exchanges

Email support@pekopets.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
Exchange is free on your 1^st order*! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
For additional exchanges you will need to return your item(s) at your own cost
Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item

*free exchnage only applies to apparel and walk items (same style different size). Excludes jewelry and cuban link products.

Returns

You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
All return items must be in new condition otherwise a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.

Seasonal Return Policy: Refund Deadlines

Halloween hoodies can be returned for a refund up until October 28th. Christmas pajamas are refundable until December 20th. After these dates, we only accept size exchanges.

Final Sale items

Items on "Final Sale" are offered at greatly reduced prices so you can enjoy substantial savings. These items are in turn non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Before buying a "Final Sale" item, please double-check sizing.

Defective or Wrong Product

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team support@pekopets.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order and we will resolve the issue for you.

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team support@pekopets.com as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

A: Yes, our sizes range from XS-XL, suitable for dogs weighing from 1.5-7 kg. For broad-chested breeds, we recommend measuring your dog's chest circumference and referring to our size chart to find the best fit.

Q: Does the sweater have a leash opening for walks?
A: No, it does not.

Q: Will this sweater shrink or fade after washing?
A: It will not shrink or fade if you machine wash it on a cold cycle and line dry it. Please avoid using a dryer.

Q: Will this sweater cause my dog to itch or irritate their skin?
A: No, it won't. We use human-quality fabrics and have tested the product on our own dogs to ensure it is safe and comfortable for their skin.

Warm and cute, but needs gentle care.

Got this for my Maltipoo. He is super warm in it, and the different colored heart patches are a great touch of Artistry in Every Pattern. The only downside is that the fleece material got a little matted under his armpits after one machine wash. Totally my fault, should've done cold and hang dry, but just a warning to others! Still a great quality sweater overall.

The sweater is adorable, but it ran smaller than I expected. I ordered Medium, but next time I’d go with Large for a better chest fit. Still, the design is festive and well-made.

When in doubt, we always recommend sizing up! A slightly looser fit is much more comfortable for your pup than a fit that is too snug.
